My Story

With four years of experience working as a London-based copywriter for various health & wellness brands, I've been responsible for content across multiple channels. Lead campaign creatives, press releases, paid ads, web pages, blogs, social feeds - you name it, I've worked on it! Whether I'm coming up with titles for new collections or writing a script for the latest video creative, I thrive on the adaptability required while maintaining a consistent and unique tone of voice.

When I'm not working with brands, I can be found ferociously venting my thoughts on such assembled delights as the discographies of UK girlbands or Best Actress Oscar nominees. My interests include film, music, literature, television, art and the ins-and-outs of the 21st century's Great American Novel 'The Real Housewives'.

Liz Earle Beauty Company

January 2020 - Feb 2021

I got my start as a copywriter working for the iconic botanical beauty brand Liz Earle, where I learned the ropes of the industry writing...well, just about anything the business required! I was responsible for writing emails, social content, press requests, ghostwritten content from Ambassadors, blogs, product descriptions, web pages & UX copy, and internal comms. I also spearheaded the launch of our Beauty Roundup, a quarterly research deck I created and shared with the company at large, which benchmarked our work against the marketing of best-in-class competitor brands.

Tropic Skincare

February 2021 - November 2021

At Tropic, I was able to continue developing all of the skills I'd used in Liz Earle - email, socials, press releases, web content, blogs - while diving into exciting new creative territory. In tandem with Tropic's release of a new baby skincare range, I was able to write and publish a children's storybook, 'Little Emy's Race For First Place', as well as scripting and editing video content around the launch. I was also able to ghostwrite content for the company's CEO and founder, Susie Ma, including a regular Sunday Times column and her keynote speech for the annual company conference.

No7 Beauty Company, Walgreens Boots Alliance

December 2021 - August 2023

In my most recent role, I levelled up to focusing on 360° ad campaigns and creative strategy as part of an in-house agency across a wide portfolio of brands, including No7, Liz Earle, Soap & Glory, Sleek, Botanics, Joules, Ted Baker, Fenty, Wizarding World, Champneys and Boots.  This involved everything from product name ideation and straplines for lead campaign visuals to marketing activations, full suites of social assets and owned web content for new launches.
